We are happy to offer free shipping for orders over $40 within the United States. All orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders ship within 2 business days.

What if I need to make a return?
We want you to love each one of your Pure Sage bags as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your items please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Send an email to hello@puresagebags.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
- We'll email you back a prepaid shipping label you can print at home.
- Returns are processed in 14 business days and refunds can be expected within 7 business days after processing.

What materials are Pure Sage bags made from?
Pure Sage is committed to using only 100% post-consumer recycled polyester (rPET) to manufacture all of our reusable bags and accessories.
Can I wash my bags?
Yes, all Pure Sage bags are machine washable! For best results, please wash in cold water and hang or dry flat.

Our lightweight and durable recycled polyester (rPET) can hold up to 40 lbs.
What size tote should I buy?
The Mini- when just a little bag will do. Perfect for the gym, for the airport, for your take-out lunch order.
The Medium - The most popular size bag. Keep one in your purse, backpack, and car at all times for clothes shopping, groceries, trips to the pharmacy, travel, and urban living.
The Macro- Grab this oversized tote for bulky groceries, a bundle of beach towels, or Costco runs. Plus there is a handy cell phone/key pocket to help keep you organized.
